In this, trolley made of square pipe is inbuilt fixed with Rabbit cage and one side of each Rabbit Cage is open-able type.

This trolley has special features that, one can attach second trolley to first trolley by special type of locking system provided. These add on can be continued till n numbers the user wishes.

Main feature is that, after attaching the second trolley to first trolley, one can remove the side of each Rabbit Cage making access of Rabbits to cage of next attached trolley and converting the system in breeding type cages or to increase the cage size if needed.

Polypropylene Tray: Cage tray is made of autoclavable food grade P.P. material and has provision for fixing food hopper. P.P. Tray has provision for keeping floor net made of S.S. material. Size of P.P. tray is 650 x 500 x 200mm.

This cage is same as that of Rabbit Cage (Standard Type) in all dimensions and features, only difference is that, on top of each cage, S.S. square pipe of 20mm x 20mm x 16swg of height 25mm is fixed on top four corners. S.S. square pipe of 12mm x 12mmx 16swg of height 30mm is fixed on four bottom corners of each cage.

In this system, one Rabbit Cage is placed on a portable trolley specially designed for this system. On this rabbit cage, one can place second Rabbit cage simply by inserting the legs of second Rabbit Cage in the square pipes provided on the top side of bottom Rabbit Cage. Similarly the process will follow up to 4 cages.

The total system will now be- Bottom cage on a portable trolley and above bottom cage more 3 Rabbit Cages leading to finally a Four Rabbit Cage system with trolley without need of complete trolley or rack.

MOC : Made of AISI non magnetic alkaline and chemical resistant 304 quality stainless steel sheet and wire.

Main Frame : Main frame of the cage made of heavy duty S.S. square pipe of 12.7mm x 12.7mm x 16 swg and covered up to a height of 155mm from bottom with SS sheet of 22swg on three sides except front. Wire mesh made of 2.5mm and 5mm S.S. rod welded inside the SS square pipe on all three side including top of cage.

The breeding type cage basically comprises of 2 rabbit cages of size 600mm x 450mm x 450mm separated by a removable partition. The partition will be made of wire mesh of 2.5mm x 5mm SS Rod welded on a frame of 5mm SS rod and is provided with a handle for ease in removing and inserting.

Trolley / Rack To Hold Rabbit Cages (Breeding Type)

Available in two options : Sliding type and Hanging type. Suitable for holding Rabbit Cage (Standard Type) Model RBS-S-01. Material: AISI 304 quality stainless steel square pipe of Size 30mm x 30mmx 16swg & stainless steel L shaped angle of 14swg. Movable on 4 No. of Polyurethane swivel castor wheels 2 with brakes. The entire Battery/Rack will be provided with stoppers on the backside of the angles to prevent cage falling from the back. All the joints will be welded with Argon Arc welding with glossy finish.

Rack will have inter-shelf gap of 21 inches in between two shelves so that each cage when placed in rack will have an extra space.
